Techracers is prominently known for the rapid growth achieved in last few years. Our idea of growth is that we believe in investing in our people above anything else. To maintain similar growth over the years, we ensure to trust and protect individual interests & rights. According to a survey made by TeamLease, 48% of Indians have faced some kind of discrimination or the other at their workplace. Most of the biases are based on gender (25%), age (22%) and caste/religion (18%). Surprisingly, only 30% of the surveyed companies stated that they have a clear policy on discrimination & we stand one among those. We focus on making Techracers the best place to work by supporting women empowerment enthusiastically.
We are in love with the girl power at Techracers. Currently, we are holding a good number females team members and the percentage is growing with every passing day. We are one of the leading organizations that support and promote girl power.
There are many theories which talk about workplace gender equality:- It is achieved when people are able to access and enjoy the equal rewards, resources and opportunities. It is their right to have equal pay for work of equal or comparable value regardless of gender, removal of barriers, equal participation of women in the workforce, access to all occupations and industries, including leadership roles.
Yes, we do believe all of these are true but it can be better when you keep your precious team members happy & grant them liberty to freely exercise their rights and duties. Reaching towards the last quarter of 2017, we have many memories of celebrating Girl-Power.

What better way to relax and pamper gorgeous girls in the house than a PARTY? We decided to rock the floor at Kyro- the club, with our girl gang. The stage glittered when the beauties hit the floor. Planned outing with the girls of our team.

As always we had something special planned for the big day. Dedicated the day to the “Modern Corporate Women”
The day started with a warm welcome combo of Rose and Chocolate on the desk; leading to team greetings. As the evening arrived, everyone headed to the beautifully organized setup, for all the gossips, ramp walks, sweet tarts, & naughty dedication from their teammates.

Achieving gender equality is important for workplaces not only because it is ‘fair’ and ‘the right thing to do,’ but also because it is also linked to a company’s overall performance. Workplace gender equality is associated with Increased organizational performance & productivity.
